Eligibility for Refund

  • A full refund will be provided if we are unable to start your project.
  • If a delay occurs from our side without valid communication, a partial refund may be considered.
  • No refunds will be issued once work has started or if the project is canceled by the client.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refunds for completed work, milestones, or third-party service costs.
  • No refunds for projects canceled due to a lack of communication from the client.
  • No refunds for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences if the work meets agreed specifications.
