Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be transparent about our cancellation terms.

Cancellation Terms

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, no charges apply.
  • If a project is canceled after work has started, no refunds will be issued.
  • All completed work up to the cancellation date must be paid for.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients must provide written notice for cancellation.
  • Projects inactive due to client delay for more than [45 days] may be considered canceled.

Company Rights

  • We reserve the right to cancel a project in cases of non-payment or violation of terms.
  • If cancellation is initiated by us, the client will receive a refund based on work completed.
