Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be transparent about our cancellation terms.
Cancellation Terms
- If a project is canceled before work begins, no charges apply.
- If a project is canceled after work has started, no refunds will be issued.
- All completed work up to the cancellation date must be paid for.
Client Responsibility
- Clients must provide written notice for cancellation.
- Projects inactive due to client delay for more than [45 days] may be considered canceled.
Company Rights
- We reserve the right to cancel a project in cases of non-payment or violation of terms.
- If cancellation is initiated by us, the client will receive a refund based on work completed.
